A randomly generated survivor.

There will be an event called, "Manhunt for the Saboteur" , where you can choose to interogate the suspect (and accidentaly killing him) or to let the suspect be (nothing happens).

And that's all to the sabotage sub-plot

if you let it be, he will blow some more buildings of yours later during the game - you loose those territories and zeds flood them instantly...
